MentorSpaces, LLC Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2024

1. Refund Policy

MentorSpaces, LLC provides a SaaS mentorship platform with digital access. Refunds are generally not provided, except under the following conditions:

• If a customer experiences service disruptions that exceed our 99% uptime guarantee, a service credit may be issued upon request.
• If an annual subscription is canceled within the first 7 days of purchase, a full refund may be granted upon request.
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after payment processing.
• To request a refund, contact hello@dreami.io within 7 days of the billing date.

2. Delivery Policy

As a SaaS platform, MentorSpaces does not ship physical goods. Access to the service is granted digitally:

• Upon successful payment, new users receive a welcome email with account setup instructions within 24 hours.
• Subscription renewals continue uninterrupted unless canceled per the cancellation policy.

3. Return Policy

• Since MentorSpaces is a digital service, we do not accept returns. If you experience issues with the service, our support team will assist in resolving them.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their MentorSpaces subscription under the following conditions:

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• Annual subscriptions: Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will prevent future billing but no refunds will be issued.
• Cancellation requests can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@dreami.io.
